Multicultural Services Graduation Reception

Hosted for the first time in May 2017, the Multicultural Services Graduation Reception brings student leaders, their families, staff, and faculty together to honor and celebrate the achievements of students who have had an impact on Missouri State University and the unit of Multicultural Services. Students, through their involvement in a variety of programming such as Bears Lead, Access and Success Programs, and TRIO; student employment, peer mentoring, or participation in the Inclusive Excellence Scholarship program will be honored for making Missouri State University a  welcoming and just community.

Students honored at the graduation reception will receive a kente cloth stole. These stoles represent their commitment to inclusive engagement, education, and community at Missouri State University and beyond.

Multicultural Services will host a Graduation Reception at the end of each semester.

The Spring 2024 reception will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at 6:00 PM in Plaster Student Union, Theater. Fill out the form below to register for this event.
